this is actually my first time applying for a serious roleplaying group so i'm a bit nervous ; q ;;; his design is slightly plain but that's because i tried making him very down to earth and normal looking ww since he is a very plain boy //hit

personality:

đura is a very childish person, seeking attention off of doing irresponsible, stupid things. he doesn't think about the consequences of his actions. when it comes to someone being in need, đura jumps to help and works his hardest to fulfill the goal he set himself. he's very cheerful and lively. he'll always be the one to start a conversation and try to make it as comfortable as possible to the person he's interacting with. he's not sensitive to bad opinions of him, unless it's coming from a person he really cares about. đura enjoys small circle of close friends rather than a big circle of close acquaintances, although he's very curious about what people think of him which might make him a little blunt sometimes. he's very short tempered, but tries to act calm as much as he can.

description: preaching eyes ability allows đura to make the spectator/listener believe in whatever he says. he gained this ability after his friend's death in the floods in his homeland when he as well had a near death experience.

at level 1 his eye ability only works with small lies that are easy to believe in or the raw truth. basically at this level, the eye ability is only useful if the person he's using it on is distrustful to a certain point. if, however, the person he lied to later or finds out about the truth, they will be immune to that same lie in the future unless his eye ability grows stronger. this means that his ability easily wears off and is still pretty useless.

biography:

"if only that time. . . if only you believed me. . ."

đura lived a normal, not so exciting life of an average teenage boy. he attended school, he had a few friends, and he was very open towards his acquaintances too. he wasn't hated at school, he wasn't popular, he was just another passing boy who liked to make fun and joke around. he had a good relationship with his parents and his grades weren't horrid, but weren't excellent either. he didn't go partying like people his age were but no one judged him for that. yes, his life was normal and peaceful until the age of 15, when the floods in his land occurred.

he was very connected to his friend lenka (female) that he was with since birth. their relationship was not very usual, seeing that the boy always made lies, trying to get her attention. he seemingly enjoyed when she would get angry and yell at him. eventually, she noticed đuras technique of getting her attention, and stopped believing so easily in his lies. as the time passed, his lies would become of a bigger proportion and so the girl started being very doubtful in everything he would say that seemed unusual. he never really realized himself that he liked her up until that one incident happened.

it was august and the unusual shower wasn't stopping for days. being a teenager, neither đura nor lenka paid much attention to this occurrence. on august 15th a local dam broke and the water from the river overflew the city they lived in. at the moment of this happening, đura and lenka were at her house, leading usual chats while watching television. due to boring program that was shown on the bright screen that lit the dim room, lenka fell asleep. still being awake, đura switched through the channels, wanting to find something interesting to watch. a certain channel with news caught his attention. he heard that the dam broke and that it is urgent to evacuate as soon as possible. processing this sudden situation, he woke the girl up quickly, explaining the scenario. she didn't believe him, thinking it's another one of his lies. he tried pulling her upstairs, knowing that the water will soon overflow her residence. resisting, lenka walked over to the door, wanting to prove to đura that he won't be able fool her so easily anymore. as she opened the door without expecting the case to be true, a large amount of water rushed in the house, knocking her out with the sudden impact. đura didn't want to go upstairs to the safe zone until he saves his friend so he tried to pull lenka out as quick as possible. regrets went through his mind for lying to her so much. why did this one time he spoke the truth have to turn out like this? the bookshelves that were surrounding the room just before the cause dissembled and were caught between the decorative poles of the room, blocking the way to the upstairs. the water levels were rising too quick and he had no luck as he was left unconscious as well in the river's water. while being in this state, surrounded by water without any consciousness, his surrounding seemed to be enveloped by a strange phenomenon that others would call 'the heat-haze zone'. soon enough the evacuation team arrived and pulled đura out of the water, but it was too late for lenka. when he regained his consciousness he found out the outcome of the flood and his lies as well. the boy was devastated, knowing that if he didn't act so childish earlier, maybe he could have saved his best friends life.

not having a home to return to as the flood ruined it, đura's family decided to stay over at their relatives place in japan, not having anyone else to turn to in their own country. the floods have seized and the family was left with a decision whether to return to their ruined home or stay in japan and live there. their choice was to stay and they decided to live with their family in the house as big as it was.

đura entered the heat-haze zone one more time after that incident while he was taking a walk, trying to hide his tears caused by his cousin who brought the subject of lenka up, not knowing about her death. he himself never questioned these strange hallucinations he encountered.

relationships:
• alexander - "eek!" met him while he was with charlotte, yasu and the others. charu introduced him to everyone as a nice person but djura is quite scared of his ghost like appearance.
• charlotte - "o-oppai!!" met her in the heat-haze zone while with yasu. he's not sure what to think of her but he definitely appreciates eating the food she offers. loves examining her boobies
• hikari - "i-i'll be good!!" judging by the fact that she's dating charu she's definitely a person that scares đura. let's not mention the fact that she threatened him a few times too.
• leon - "call me aniki" he met leon in a heat-haze zone. later he also stumbled upon him in a questionable cafe where they got to meet each other more. he tries to act like a senpai towards leon but it might not be working. (don't tell him)
• riku - "w-what's this cool aura?!?" a girl đura met (more like chased down) when she was in search of a heat-haze zone. he finds her cool even though she's much younger than him and he scolded her about being alone. (he tried to seem cool but that didn't go quite well).
• roo - "b-blue panties........" also met her along with yasu and charu while in a heat-haze zone. all he remembers about her is the blue panties charu mentioned during their time spent together
• salzar - "ghh... i'll definitely beat him" a member of the computer club in his school. they proclaimed one another 'eternal rivals' but salzar is obviously better at pvp. đura came to be so used to him being mute that he treats him just like anyone else
• sophie - "haaakh!! ♥" met her as he ran into a poll. that is a great way to meet a person. they accidentally entered a heat-haze zone together where đura got to see another side of her. despite that, they eventually started going out and are dating now. (tbh i don't know how sophie's still keeping up with his immature behavior)
• stella - "she seems smart" he met her along with hikari when they were investigating the 'err0r' case. she seems responsible and đura respects her.
• yasu - "i hope i can be cool like him one day..." a guy he met during a heavy rainstorm. later they were in a heat-haze zone along with some other people. đura also finds him very cool even though he doesn't know him that well.

miscellaneous:
✎ he shares a room with his cousin
✎ his cousin was also close to lenka, but no one brought up lenka's death to him yet
✎ he has a white strain of hair due to lack of melanin
✎ he once lost a bet and as an outcome had to wear his white strain of hair tied for a certain period of time. he got used to wearing it and eventually started braiding that part of his hair. another reason why he kept wearing it might be because lenka called it adorable.
✎ he had one gap year when he moved to japan due to his stress. now he's falling behind in school
✎ his cheeks are excessively red
✎ kita is slang for penis on serbian. he hates his last name for this fact and he has been told that his father once tried to commit a suicide because of it. (it's was probably a just rumor tho)
✎ his childhood nickname was đokica which is another slang that kids use for their penis.
✎ he curses a lot because cursing is the way of serbs. ~~i swear a lot ok?? ?? ?~~
✎ the flood mentioned in đura's bio actually occurred in serbia in may of the year 2014
✎ he needs to wear glasses when he's looking at the screen but he doesn't follow this prescription often.
✎ when his cousin would visit serbia before, he would bring ecchi magazines and thus đura got into ecchi.
✎ he got into MMO's ever since he moved to japan.
✎ he's always carrying a bracelet around with him (in his pocket or around his wrist, depends) that lenka made for him and his cousin.
